Bedrooms & Bathroom
Your entire group can sleep like royalty across three cozy bedrooms, each with highly-rated memory foam mattresses. Many guests purchase these mattresses for their own homes after staying at this Fullerton vacation rental!
Each room has a flat-screen TV and a luggage rack. The primary suite has a king bed; the second bedroom has a queen. Both have bedside lamps with USB ports. The third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed — perfect for kids.
The bright, modern bathroom includes plush towels and a shower/bathtub combo. We’ve added blow dryer stations in the living and bonus rooms so multiple guests can get ready simultaneously. Cubbies for toothbrushes and toothpaste are above the kitchen sink.
Kitchen & Lounge
The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops. Prefer delivery? Fullerton has incredible restaurants of every style — ask us for recommendations.
Our fully-equipped coffee bar is pre-stocked with coffee and tea. Choose from Keurig, drip, pour-over, french press, or a proper English teapot. A small kitchen table seats four; a larger dining table in the bonus room seats six.
The bonus room has a large sectional, flat-screen smart TV, vanity area, full-size laundry, and a dedicated workspace. The main lounge features a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), mid-century artwork, and a 55″ 4K Roku TV with Disney/Hulu/ESPN bundle.

About the Home
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including back and side patios (garage not accessible). Entry is via electronic lock through the bonus room door — directly in front of the driveway.
The home features a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, laundry, and fast Wi-Fi. There are 4K Roku TVs in the bonus room, living room, and each bedroom.
The house accommodates up to eight guests (5-6 recommended, given one bathroom). Two vehicles park for free in the driveway.
Exterior security cameras are at the front door, bonus room door, side gate, and back house gate. There are NO interior cameras. We live part-time in the back house and are available by phone or in person.
Hello Sunshine was built in 1951 — a classic mid-century Orange County home. Walt Disney himself moved in just down the road in Anaheim when the house was only four years old! Our neighborhood was featured in the Coen brothers’ “Suburbicon” starring Matt Damon and directed by George Clooney for its quintessential mid-century character.
Fullerton — the birthplace of Fender guitars — is one of Orange County’s oldest and most charming cities. Drive through its historic neighborhoods and grab a meal in quaint downtown Fullerton.
