What started as a love for welcoming people, creating beautiful spaces, and helping others slow down turned into a boutique collection of vacation homes designed to feel personal, uplifting, and easy to settle into.
We’re Casey and Angie Corum, a Southern California husband-and-wife team who believe that where you stay shapes how you feel. For us, hospitality is never just about a reservation. It’s about creating spaces where people can reconnect, rest deeply, and enjoy the kind of trip that actually feels memorable for the right reasons. Stay Hello Sunshine grew out of the life we were already building together, one shaped by creativity, faith, family, and a love for meaningful experiences. As high school sweethearts turned young empty nesters, we found ourselves drawn to a new kind of hosting: creating homes that felt as thoughtful and welcoming as the gatherings we had always loved to create in our own life.
When our personal home became less suited for the kind of hospitality we naturally gravitated toward, Stay Hello Sunshine became the next chapter. It gave us a way to keep doing what we love: opening doors, paying attention to the details, and giving people a place that feels both beautiful and deeply comfortable.
We’re not trying to build a giant, impersonal vacation rental company. We’d rather build something more lasting: a collection of homes known for warmth, intention, and care. Every Stay Hello Sunshine property is selected, shaped, and hosted with the same goal: to create a stay that feels calm, thoughtful, and genuinely restorative.
That means design matters to us. Comfort matters to us. Details matter to us.
